It was an absolute joy dealing with Colin, Bill & Kim throughout my transaction.
If only every car dealerships were like this; we would all save a bit of time by excluding the shark type car salesmen out there.

To cut a long story short purchasing from the Brown Brothers was an enjoyable experience. Professional, with no hard sale techniques. I reiterate, it was a refreshing change, a joy.

My parting shot to Kim today was "I'll be back! Might be 3 years but I'll be back".
And I will be recommending to my friends to come here 1st because it don't get any better.

Picking my car up today with 6 months road tax & a half tankful of fuel thrown in (without being agreed beforehand) was a nice touch!

I cannot praise this dealership enough.

This is a great place to get a car. The employees are very friendly and helpful, Alex made my experience amazing, he kept answering & replying to my inquires even during his off hours, he even arranged my transportation from the train station as I traveled far to get there. Fantastic service. I took the train from London to edinboroug, and was met by one of the Brown Brothers drivers. The entire buying process was smooth and without pressure. The 12 month warranty was a deal maker for me. Every single email and telephone call was either answered or responded to, and believe me I called them over a 100 times in just over a week.
