The track was build by West Lothian Council and The Central Scotland Forest
Trust as part of a regeneration programme for the area . It has been built within
the constraints of the area available as a 4 lane instructional track with all the
features of a full size race track , to provide coaching for locals how to race BMX
in a safe and supervised environment
