Well at long last I managed to get the Vec done. Also had time to remove a big burnt lump of cremated plastic bumper from Steven William Urbaniak 's new fart cannon for his Scoob (just wish I took some before shots) see pics.........
Today's effort:
Washed & Snowfoamed.
... Clayed full car to remove remnants of old wax & tar spots.
Machine polished whole car to remove latest scratches and car park scuffs 😒
Sealed it all up with a coating of Collinite 915 wax.
Must be getting old,body's aching now that I've plonked myself on the couch thanks for looking 👍

Here's Isobel's rare Renault Avantime in for a full wash & valet plus.
Hand finished with a coat of wax to help protect against the winter weather & salty roads.
... First time leather seats have been tackled but if you've got the right product it will pay off,cheers Kevin Duncan for the product recommendation.

Reflecting on some reflections........

Bruce's Buffs uses mainly Meguiars and Auto Glym products basically because it's what we're used to,not to mention they give great results. Been trying several other product samples recently mainly on my own car to start with thanks @Kevin Duncan for the box of goodies,great results so far...please 👍 & share.

Bruce accepted his biggest buffing challenge to date. The oldest laddie had his first ever job and he did brilliantly with the interior ..... no excuses for the bedroom now 😉
Meriva just finished after major scratches & scuffs. Some are a vast improvement & some are complete removal,only very slight creases in the metal remain after rubbing along the side of a skip! Owner was over the moon with it.
... Scratches were treated with touchup pen and flattened back,luckily the owners car was exact same colour as mine so I had one handy. Just shows what can be achieved so before going down the respray route consider having them polished out,it's a much cheaper option and well worth attempting as pictures show.... please 👍 & share.

Nice to get some feedback on cars you've lavished some attention on. Here's a C-RV still looking freshly polished and shiny. (@Lloyd McDowell) Over a month after treatment and car still looks mint! Great pic also and could have been Honda's cover picture from the brochure for the car.
B.B. Top Tip: To stop or atleast drastically reduce putting swirls and scratches into freshly polished paint DO NOT use car wash brushes or sponges as these trap grit near the surface and caus...e damage.
Use a lambswool mitt (pictured below) as these trap grit into the pile helping reduce the risk of swirls and scratches along with PH neutral shampoo to stop the layer of protective wax being stripped off.

I think I'm burnt again but it's been well worth it!
Finally got round to doing the cover car 😉

CR-Vs becoming a common request for Bruce's Buffs of late,3 different models done over last few weeks!
This 56 plate had a full wash and valet and paint was again in great condition for it's age considering this was it's first machine polish.
Had the standard swirl marks and lacquer fade so the clay bar and polisher were brought out again,anyway I'll let the pics do the talking and thanks for you're interest.

I tried to add a nice summery tune to it but Facebook not having it soooooo, just whistle the tune "This Girl" by Kung vs. Cookin On 3 Burners when watching 😁

Here's another CR-V just been finished.
This car is only 2 years old but required a full clay as pics will show.
A gorgeous orange/red pearl was just waiting to be exposed to the sunshine so I had to take a quick video of finished car to show the end result in the post above.
