Brunstane railway station is a railway station serving the Brunstane area of Edinburgh in Scotland. It is located on the Edinburgh Crossrail line and opened to traffic in 2002. Since September 2015, it has also served as the northernmost stop on the Borders Railway from. ServiceMonday to Saturdays there is generally a half-hourly service in each direction, towards Edinburgh northbound and southbound with an hourly evening and Sunday service. Four weekday peak services extend beyond Edinburgh to and (services previously ran through regularly to the Fife Circle line prior to the reopening of the Borders route).
