Service was good. Food was ok - nothing special.
Stayed here as a break from the norm (Premier Inn) and was disappointed - i stayed one of the king bed rooms which in itself was quite nicely laid out - the whole place needs a scrub top to bottom though - the bathrooms are very poorly fitted. Mattresses are shot. Breakfast is poor and coffee is hit and miss.
Nice atmosphere. Good drinks selection. Staff are great, very welcoming especially Kyle the barman who cheerfully made all my drinks to the best of his ability.
Lunch menu, fantastic lots of choice, super tasty and all cooked fresh to order. Serving staff second to none. Great atmosphere and right in the heart of the merchant city.
A little hotel in the heart of the city. My room was small but clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. I'd certainly recommend it.
Very small room for the price, location clearly the driver behind cost. No parking at all, Receptionist misinformed about parking price and cost us £5 extra. He did not care in the slightest about there mistake. Poor customer service.
Good atmosphere, reasonable selection of wines and friendly service. Recommended.
Generally a nice enough place for somewhere to put your head down. Rooms are small and certainly 'rough around the edges' but the staff are extremely pleasant and the cafe/bar is very nice. A great city centre location on a fairly quiet street keeps the rating up.
A real budget hotel, with little room to get around the bed but for £50 a night for two of us, the price was good. Restaurant downstairs. Quiet, pedestrianised street, well worth it for a couple of days stay. Central for all Glasgow shopping.
