Buchanan Bus Station

Everything has always been okay to me in Buchanan bus station easy access to what you want and staff are wonderful.

Now using bus station regularly and find it very easy to get around plus staff and find it clean and tidy "well organised"

The buses are unreliable and late and when you complain the staff do nothing and blame someone else and don't solve the problem. This is a terrible service

There are bus services from 04:00am. So If you want to be frozen waiting for your bus that is the perfect place to go to! Thanks Buchanan Station for making me wait almost one hour in 5C degrees!!

Staff in information is unfriendly and rude. Not helpful.

Staff always helpful. Very clean,cafe good but expensive as are most bus stations.

Had a bus at 10.30pm, no screens to tell you where you bus will leave from, the toilets are paying (30p), and even with that the male ones were disgusting.

Clean bus station, helpful staff, has a shop and plenty of seating. A+++
