“Welcome to the beautiful Scottish countryside! You can expect a warm welcome as soon as you check in and will be so happy with the barn! The bed is extremely comfortable- much better than my dorm bed, big lovely windows, and lots of counter space with appliances for cooking and making tea/coffee. If you are using public transit- make sure to familiarize yourself with the bus schedule to get out to the house and back. It is so worth it to stay in the lovely and relaxing countryside at such a welcoming and homey spot. Both Glasgow and Edinburgh city centers are only 35 minute train rides away from a near rail station (Falkirk High). Also make sure to make time to spend with Fran and Bill and the Pups and the birds- it’s really a treat. Loved every moment!”

Our latest review .... “Fran and Bill are just the sweetest, kindest people you will ever meet and their world is absolutely magical! I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon these gems. The private little house is surprisingly roomy inside and feels brand new. There are thoughtful touches throughout the place that made me feel that my comfort was a top priority. Being able to open the doors to a quiet patio brought things to a next level of relaxation. I would highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone!”

the barn is cosy, comfy and exactly what was needed after a long journey and a day at SKC. Cherry and Roly have also enjoyed their stay and had fun in the private little garden they had. Thank you so much fran for the way you looked after all 4 of us! definitely be back

Wonderful home from home accommodation. Everything you could wish for. I hope that there may be availability in 2018 for us. People and Pet friendly in a superb area.

My friend and I spent the weekend at Bumble's Barn and absolutely enjoyed it. Fran and Bill are fantastic hosts and make you feel immediately welcome, so do their hounds who made sure I got my daily Wolfhound fix � the barn is cozy and comfortable and offers everything you need. We are definitely coming back and can only highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a lovely environment.

I would do just about anything to be in this homey, comfy piece of paradise!!!!! I hope someday to have my chance!!!!! Beautiful job!!!!

I love Bumbles barn, Fran's put a lot of effort into it to make sure you're comfortable during your stay.

Fran and Bill are the most gracious and accommodating people! And of course there are the wolfhounds... and cats... and birds. While we stayed in their home, we were very well taken care of. We look forward to another visit and hope to be able to stay in Bumble's Barn.

Fran and Bill are brilliant. Cosy, quiet and pleasant atmosphere, hospitable house. Very friendly and kind dogs and other animals. I can highly recommend Bumble Barn for visiting.
