Amazing experience!!

I hate it 😒😒😏

Van was great, good customer service. Enjoyable 4 day camper van trip around central Scotland. There doesn't seem to be many local competitors.

Avoid this company which is only interested in your money and offer a terrible customer experience.

A quick overview of mine:

AIRPORT PICKUP
For 15£ pp, they can make you wait outside 50 minutes at the aiport (normal for them, but be carreful if you're late by 5 minutes, they will charge you!)
Fir this price, don’t even wish for any kind of apologies.

VEHICLE
Photos on the website are just completely different from you get when you arrive

TOWELS AND BEDDING
For 2 person sharing a single bed, they will charge you double price, 40£ and will give you IKEA pillows paid 3£ and duvet at 10£... And for that price, they're even able to forget to provide towels like they did for us….

LACK OF HONESTY
We were 1 millimeter under full tank when we returned the vehicle (full tank 20 miles away). The employee said us it was not a problem and that it will be OK. Once we left, they charged us for that. And for them, the fuel liter cost more than 20£ !!!
A very impressive lack of honesty !

And last but no least, when we contacted their customer support to share this experience, they found that everything was absolutely normal…. Uncommon sense of customer care isn’t it?

Make yourself a big favor: RUN AWAY and rent your campervan / MH in an other company. I'm sure there are serious ones

Personnel très serviable et qui assume les imprévus. Ils n'ont pas hésité à consacrer beaucoup de temps à nous aider à trouver un hôtel à Glasgow (suite à une erreur de réservation) et à nous y conduire gracieusement à une heure tardive. Merci à l'équipe de Broxburn !
