Burger King

Went to burger king today with my best pal gemma and we had such a great time the staff are very kind and helpful and I will defo be back � Got free ice cream for filling out the feed back xx See ya see burger king xxx

Small town, fast convenient and friendly service. Prices even seem a little cheaper thanks eating BK in bigger cities like Roanoke!

Great wee place to recharge batteries when shopping. Guy that served us was really nice and so cheerful. Will call again next time I'm in glasgow

Food is Great.....

My burger looked like it was thrown together by an annoyed 4 year old. French fries were hot, but not great. And my partner was given the wrong burger. Served by the assistant manager who blamed the guys in the back for getting the order wrong, even though she was the one who took the order.

I was standing at the drinks machine trying to o decide what kind of drink I would like when from behind me a hand came to press the button to dispense a drink. It was one of rhe staff members. I looked at her and said to her I hadnt even chosen my drink yet! She told me she was only trying to help. I repeated myself and told her I hadnt even chosen what I wanted to drink and I didnt need help. She continued to stand there close to me and didn't move. I asked her did she need to do something with the machine but she just stood there. I then told her I didnt need to be supervised like a child. When she didnt move away I said to her okay you use the machine and I'll join the queue again which I did. She then took drink for herself and wandered off. Downright rude if you ask me!!! I went back to my table to join my daughter who had ordered mozzarella sticks and was told someone would bring them to her table. 20 minutes later when they hadnt arrived my daughter went back to the counter to be given a sheepish sorry. She came back to the table and noticed the dip that should have come with the cheese sticks was missing. So she went back to the counter and was curtly asked what kind if sauce do you want?! Its not like they were busy, it was fairly quiet with lots of empty tables. I've only given this one star but it doesnt even merit that. There's no abysmal rating. We wont be back and your very rude staff need a lesson in customer service!!!

I would like to complain about not having forks I wasn't happy

Giving a 1 seeing as you can't give a 0. Shift manager is extremely rude today! Some customer service training most definitely needed. If you want your food served with scorn go here today. Although I never bothered giving burger king the pleasure of taking my money. Went to McDonald's in the St Enoch centre which was busier but had extremely polite staff

Extremely poor customer service, staff continual served people behind me in the queue, then when I pointed it out I was treated very rudely and in a patronising manner. It wasn't busy and there was really not excuse for being so rude.

Burger King at Buchanan galleries is filled with false advertisement. I have been so warm in this weather I fancied an ice cream and a milkshake so I checked out the menu and seen a lovely Oreo milkshake advertised so I ask for one. I get told

"Sorry we don't do Oreo milkshakes"

My mate asked for a mint aero milkshake and got told the same.

I questioned it being on the board and the woman said they are one of the few stores that don't have the machines for milkshakes.



Why have it advertised if you can't supply it.

My day is ruined.



McDonald's is so much better.
