Burgh Property is a small but perfectly formed property manager and letting agent.

The business was founded by me, Andrew Markham and after 10 years experience of working within property management and letting agency, I recognise the qualities in service that landlord's and tenant's should expect.

Unlike high street agents, I am not trying to be big - quite the opposite - small is good when it comes to delivering quality and focused service. With Burgh, you have only one point of contact to deal with bringing complete consistency in how your property is managed. If you want answers to questions, they are simply a phone call away. If you want rent on time, it will be there within 1 day of receipt.

I always welcome new landlords and I get a real buzz when landlords hear how much money they can save and how much easier we can make it for them.
