Burnside Caravan Site

a well kept site and a short walk into fochabers.

Lovely site with great amenities

Did not use many of the facilities (e.g pool) but the bathrooms were in a pretty sorry state. The camping section down by the burn was gorgeous. There was heaps for kids to do and play with.

Toilets and showers were awful, only three toilets in use 4th was out of order. The whole area is covered with a wet carpet. All in all very disappointing considering the charge of £29 pr night. Only one cubicle had toilet paper. The up side is all pitches are fully serviced.

An absolute disgrace with the amount of people that are there and the amount of money that must be taking into the site and there are so much flaws. 1 toilet has been out of order for long enough. Showers are a disgrace and some of them don't work properly. No toilet paper in the toilets apart from 1. 2 washing machines for over 200/300 caravan and tent personnel. The dryer for drying your washing is also out of commission. If I hadn't paid for my duration in 1 payment I would of packed up my second day here.

First and last time at this site. Over charged by rude lady on arrival . No info given ie where to empty chemical toilet . Put into a small crammed space too close to other caravans and cars. Fire hazard . Tap at pitch leaked .Site was noisey on a Saturday night , loud music and drunks shouting all hours . Site lacks maintainance and organisation. Not the cleanest of showers etc . Fachabers a good village , with a great garden centre. Won't be back to site ever again.

on trying to speak to some one on reception, regards to booking , the gentleman put the phone down on me twice, and did not answer a third time ,
a little worrying ,so don't think I will bother
