User

our first time attending , we really enjoyed the atmosphere .

wife's first time watching starship troopers and she quite enjoyed it!

will attend other films when my work permits

User

Went to the rocky horror screening last night it was amazing from the minute we walked in we laughed non stop. I am definitely going to be looking out for more events and recommending this to all my friends.

User

Went to see the Blair witch project and scream tonight here and it was an amazing atmosphere! Can’t wait to go back to see the lost boys!

User

Went to rocky horror last night and loved it!! It was so much fun, the shadow cast were absolutely awesome too. Highlight of the night was definitely Graham acting in the shadow cast though!! Will definitely come to more of the events

User

Went for the first time for the room & best f(r)iends with Greg Sestero. Great wee venue, very welcoming and chilled atmosphere. Will be returning for further screenings......next one being Bad Movie Sleepover.

User

Well organised, you can tell the people behind it have a passion for what they do and this is infectious and rubs off on the people who attend their events, The Room screening last week was brilliant and ill be back in the near future for T2

User

We had a fantastic time. Finally a cinema club where you can enjoy movies that made their mark on you* with other similarly-minded nuts in a non-judgmental laid back atmosphere. Well worth visiting - and then you'll definitely come back.

*Not just for "cult nights", then

User

This is a cracking little film club. It’s Community-based, laid back, and is in a funky little venue...

Oh, and it’s half the price of going to the soul-less big cinemas like the Odeon, Cineworld, and the rest !!!

Give it a try.

User

This club is the best, it is indie and fun and completely one of a kind. I get to see all of my favorite cult classics with special guests and a really good group of people.

User

Spent my 21st birthday at the Rocky Horror Picture Show 2nd screening.. my mind was totally blown!

I’m already a huuuge fan of the movie, but I have never seen any shadow cast before! It’s the most amazing viewing of the movie I have ever experienced! Everyone was so friendly, you can tell how much hard work and dedication goes into the events! I am completely impressed and i’m so happy I spent my 21st birthday within a room full of atmosphere, passion and fun! I’ll definitely be back for more events!

You all do such an amazing job, thank you all for such an incredible night and incredible 21st!!

User

Real nice community feeling at screenings. Nice to have a cinema experience that isn't plastered with ads for popcorn and 2ltr cokes. Feels a lot more raw and authentic.

Will definitely come back!

User

Our second time here, and have to say a vast improvement over the evil dead sound issues of our first visit.

Love the movie and the soundtrack..ohh..the soundtrack..was boppin along to go west at one point(I blame the cider..honest)

Fantastic night had..great movie, great company and a wee sense of belonging.

User

Once again am excellent event with an amazing crowd every event I’ve been to has felt like we’re all part of a family! Can not wait to head back next week for the Friday Night screening of evil dead!

Highly recommend coming along as well as amazing films you might get to meet a few famous folks! And make some life long friends! Can not rave enough about this club!

User

It's a rare experience to find such an enjoyable cinema experience. Expensive as fuck popcorn and Super screens don't come close to the fun familial atmosphere at BCFC screenings.

I've enjoyed each showing I've been to so far, I am hooked beyond all hope of return.

Roll on July!

User

Having only really become aware of the Burnt Church Film Club due to the press around the screening of Best F(r)iends and The Room screening (with Greg Sestero), I ended up having a great night. Everything was really chill and funny. I could write a lot about it but the general point is this: I'm seriously looking into going to other events without guests. This is a thing well worth supporting.

User

Great films, and it's cracking to get to see them with people who love them too. Candyman and Evil Dead so far, many more to come I'm sure, starting with Robocop on Sunday!

User

First time, definitely won't be the last (cos I've already bought other tickets).

Seriously though, great films in a great venue with a great bunch if folk. Looking forward to next time.

User

Always a fun night! You can tell a lot of hard work and love goes into organising each screening and it shows in the fun atmosphere and great selection of films!

User

A chance to see one of my top 5 horror movies of all time with some lovely people in a relaxed environment.....and a chance to chat to the absolute legend that is Brian Yuzna. Brilliant night. Will definitely be back soon
