Nicola has over 20 years of HR experience in working with a variety of sectors but predominately small to mid-sized social and healthcare organisations focusing on employee relations, employee engagement, recruitment and policy development.   Nicola is also experience in partnering with senor level stakeholders to create and deliver people strategy and a continuous improvement agenda.  Before becoming a freelancer, Nicola worked as a Senior HR professional for multi site organisations, developing HR functions and implementing HR systems and policies to establish a HR as a true partner to the businesses. A proud moment for Nicola was designing and implementing HR Strategies and the HR function in growing businesses.  Nicola has a broad generalist background and has a vast experience in all things HR assisting managers with coaching, onboarding, employee relations, mediation, training, performance management and people development.  Nicola holds a MSc with merit in Human Resource Management and is also a fully qualified Mediator.   Nicola is also a Chartered member of the CIPD.
