In my final role as Head of Resilience I was responsible for ensuring the preparedness of HM Coastguard to operate with our partners no matter what the situation. I also have a network of others whom bring decades of experience in ensuring the business continuity and preparedness of local and national government departments and the emergency services. The services are based around three main themes. Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management and Training and Exercising. I am not a large company. There is only me and any associates that I ask to come and help with specialist input. I work for you.
