Restaurant general manager required
Position summary
The manager is responsible for all aspects of day to day operation of the restaurant. The manager will be required to meet business targets and ensure excellent customer service is provided maintained and where applicable improvements implicated.
... Further duties and responsibilities can be discussed with interested and suitable candidates.
Prerequisites
The ideal candidate would have hands on experience working in a fast paced busy restaurant environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Kitchen experience would be advantageous however full training will be provided.
Available to work when required including weekends, public holidays and most nights.

Busters is a great American themed restaurant with a mix of American and traditional dishes. I would highly recommend the lasagne and Orkney fudge cheesecake ’┐Į I will definitely be visiting again next time I'm in Orkney

Went for a quick sit-in tea. Son had pizza and fries from kids menu and I had a deep pan pizza with mushrooms. Son enjoyed his, my pizza was slightly under cooked compared to how I'd do it, but not so much that I would complain as it was still tasty with plenty of topping. Drinks were good and reasonably priced (coke float type thing that they call a 'black cow'). Service was quick and food arrived shortly after ordering, despite place being half to 3/4 full. Prices reasonable for Orkney and welcome was good, with staff friendly (though not overly so). Would go back if looking for a quick sit in snacky type tea, or maybe to try the fish or some of the other main dishes.

Was looking forward to having it again as haven't had busters in a while. Our pizza wasn't even warm when it arrived and the 'thick' milkshakes were the runniest I have ever seen. Won't be going back again sadly.

This place is POOR the owner is so rude..chips were soggy and the pizza base was so under cooked

This is from a takeaway perspective. the fries are always soggy and limp with no flavor and the burger dream with cheese also is really bland. when those cheap nasty rustlers burgers from the supermarket have more flavor than buster's that is bad.
