First door of 2019 done and dusted! The customer wanted a sandblasted etch on the glass and wanted her house number put into the etch! We were happy to oblige with all her requests as well as give her a low cost installation. Quality work doesn’t have to be expensive and we pride ourselves on that ethic!

Our most loyal customers had us back yet again to help improve their home. This time it was to replace the old Andrew Wright windows with our own Veka frames fitted with energy efficient heat reflective glass as standard! We have helped to build this house into a home for the Stevenson’s and we’re proud of this one. From a massive extension with wall take downs to kitchen, bathrooms, external cladding, decking and windows this is more a show home for our work!

Our last “Budget Bathroom” for 2018! We have done soo much work in this Customers house they’ve had as back yet again to give them an idea to gain a more useable en-suite bathroom. A quick survey and a run through of what could be done and what would look good was put forward. Trusting us we got to work and in just 13hours this bathroom was transformed into an elegant place to chill out in the tub or enjoy that mixer shower with a lot more pressure and space! A few added ...extras to the deal were the upgraded high impact wet wall panels and the oversized shower tray with hinged door.

Returning customer wanting more home improvements from us straight after our holiday! This consisted of double glazing and the full fascia and soffit boards replaced with new PVC with our 20year guarantee and finished off with our grey interlocking dry verge kits! 4days done and dusted even in the pouring rain!

It’s been a busy few weeks for us! We’ve been hiding in Irvine doing a garage conversion and fitting a new kitchen for one of our customers there! Garage conversion and kitchen done in 15 days start to finish means there was no long wait for their property to be updated!
The garage was split into 3 sections with a toilet and sink in a wet walled room at the back, utility room in the centre with worktop, cupboards and boiler housing and an office/chill area at the front. Something different from just the usual one room conversions!

9 hours start till finish for another bathroom today in Kilmarnock. The new mosaic tile effect wet walling on every wall looks great! We love doing these bathrooms as much as our customers love having the finished article!

Our budget bathrooms are certainly anything but budget looking! A big transformation in this bathroom in Kilmarnock over the last day and a half saw the old suite taken out and every wall wet walled with our elegant tile effect boards coupled up with our gorgeous vanity unit system toilet and sink next to the oversized shower tray with shower enclosure makes this bathroom a showroom! Few added extras saw a full wire up for the new electric shower and a tall boy vanity unit for storing those fancy towels! Another customer taking advantage of our bathroom deal after being badly let down by another firm! We were happy to take this one on! Improperly fitted wet walling caused water damage to the floorboards and the plasterboard walls behind the wet walling!
A few more weeks and they’d have been converting two rooms into one...... via the upstairs bathroom to the downstairs kitchen.
... We were happy to strip it back, repair it and then build this new bathroom in its place all in a day!

Our budget bathroom deals are still selling well! Budget by name but not in quality! Only the best products get fitted in our bathrooms no corners cut anywhere! Done and dusted in 8hrs today this is a quick transformation with a wow factor!!

Our budget bathroom deals are flying out the van the past few weeks! Yet again no mess no fuss and done in a day! Concrete floors in this house meant we had to build up the tray to make sure the waste ran well. We also constructed a nice vanity shelf to place all those fancy toiletries on! Lots of space gained in this one and the walk in shower along side the wet wall makes this a great maintenance free easy clean bathroom!

We love doing our wet walled bathrooms! The one we stripped out had recently been fitted by one of our competitors..... badly! Unsealed shower tray, silicone everywhere other than where it was meant to be, wet wall not securely bonded to the walls and the waste and feed fittings substandard and leaking! We had to make sure the customer had the bathroom they wanted and as they were previous customers from getting their double glazing done by us we were entrusted to do that for them! Pride in our workmanship is paramount!

A 2 day turn around on this bathroom! Full rework of all waste pipes and feed pipes meant we had lots of alterations inside and out to get this bathroom perfect. Our competitions said this layout couldn’t be done..... but we aim to show anything can be done for our customers! This one was special with a very clever smart bidet toilet with wash facilities, heated seat, blow dry and a light! The pictures speak for themselves!

Yup you guessed it! Another bathroom deal taken by a customer in Cumnock. Yet again completed start to finish in a day with no problems and a big change in the layout. Extra shelving around the window gives plenty of space for all those fancy soaps and shampoos! We love to see the change at the end of the day as much as our customers!
