For this BYOB sesh we did things a little different. We packed all our shit into a cab and headed down to Music Broth to meet Pot Nudos, A post-punk garage outfit self described as "A small sachet packed full of flavoursome riffs and seasonal rhythms, straight out of our noodle garage". I'ma hot and spicy noodle boy myself and I can tell you I was left full and ready for more noods after these guys threw down some of the most electrifying linguine just like your mama used to make.
If you're ears are screaming, thats a good sign, you'll be able to catch them on the 19th at Freakender: Hooveriii (Permanent, USA) Shredd + Pot Nudos. Tell them the boys sent ya.

Ladies and Gentlefruits! We bring to you RAMBOOTAN! A new four piece funk group based in Glasgow who brought so much vibe, soul and ruckus to the session our nieghbours wanted to join in by giving our door the most rhythmic beating of its life! If thats not a good sign I don't now what is. It was an absolute pleasure working with these guys, partaking of the fruit!
With old school funk and soul influences this group is all about bringing the feet to the dancefloor. They'll g...ive you the healthy dose of fresh and sugary orginals with pop and jazz inflections to boot! If you like what your hear you can catch these cats regularly at The Jazz Bar in Edinbrugh on Saturday nights!
We open the session with 'Little Jimmy' and close with 'Robbie On The Radio' both written by frontman Jonathan Ip.
