We went yesterday (Saturday) Fab burgers and fries! The lovely man who showed us to our table was so friendly and inviting. Food arrived quick, was lovely!

We placed the order n then realised we would miss our per booked punting tour. The staff realised the urgency and had our order packed and delivered with in 2 minuets. We were very impressed with the service quality. Thank you very much

Second visit to Byron Burger, and there are not enough superlatives to describe our experience. The staff couldn't do enough for us and made allowances for the fact we bought our baby in despite the fact it was during the lunchtime rush on a bank holiday too. Once we got past that the food, oh my days was just absolutely exquisite. The burger was cooked perfectly to how I liked it and it just melted in the mouth. It's great that you can add extras and more or less customise your burger. Thank you to everyone who made our experience worth while, we'll definitely be back 👍 😋

Lovely food i had the burger and sweet potato fries would definitely recommend them and the service was good polite and friendly staff milkshakes are great too, would definitely go back again soon

Fantastic service as always - super friendly staff. I visited with my family for my birthday and the waiter bought my burger with a candle in the top! The waiters sang happy birthday to me too! How lovely. The halloumi fries were amazing and my burger outstanding and cooked just how I like it. The Reece's Piece milkshake was fantastic too. I thoroughly recommend Byron burger.

Dry friendly staff. The courgette chips are the best. My son loves the milkshakes. We all have different burgers and they are all so tasty 🍔

Always enjoy eating here. Usually choose the Byron Burger, and occasionally I mix it up and swap regular fries for sweet potato fries!! - I am a rebel. And the Oreo Milkshake, oh my. The waiter greets us like old friends and remembers most of our food and drink preferences (we used to come in every 2 or 3 weeks) but have barely been this year, but he still remembered all 4 of our likes. It was my husband's birthday, and he got the milkshake on the house. Lovely food, service staff and atmosphere.

Yeah fully enjoyed the meal, service was ok. Tried to push the new items a bit too much, it's nice to have them pointed out as new but we didn't need our food choices almost challenged!!

This was second time we've dined at Byron's. On our surprise the place was packed on a Thursday evening, really busy so we were lucky that we managed to get a table. After we have been seated a table of 12 walked in and they still managed to find them some space! Our order was taken very quickly. We had nachos and Szechuan chicken wings for starters then for mains we opted for special Korean Burger and some onion rings with a portion of fries. Food was all right, waiting staff was nice. We will return for sure.

It's a burger joint so don't expect fine dining! Service is excellent. Seek advice about their beers because some (mostly USA) can be undertoned! Had run out of their two main desserts the afternoon we visited so we were stuck with one of their 'shakes' - good though! Ideal place for a decent burger.

Other than a quick customer service update, I wouldn’t change anything - the food was delicious!!!

Best burger ever. Build your own. Loads of choices. Sweet potato and regular fries (not oven baked �). Milkshakes to die for!! Lovely attentive polite staff. Will deffinately be back. Lost a star cos it's a little noisy for me!

Apart from a little mix up with our order, which was rectified, the burger was excellent , just wish I had orderd the next size up like the guy on the table next tio me, still I’ll know what to have next time!

I guess I’m just used to having fries served with my burger ~ so that was a surprise, guess it’s better on the waistline! We were early so service was quick and wasn’t included so gives the opportunity to tip or not.

I had a £30 voucher to use so I thought we'd give this place a try,.. 2 burgers, 3 sides and 2 drinks for £50! My Burger was nothing special, a small bun and no side for £12.50, sweet potato side £4 in a pot with grease proof paper that didn't touch the bottom so what looked a fair portion was really poor.

Overall Really disappointed, not good value for money at all.
