Asof next year we will no longer be stripping anybody’s hair, from any unwanted really dark colours, without the signature on a disclaimer, to clarify we may not be able to get your colour exactly like the picture or idea you have. We understand people love a change but we can’t guaranty the results you want as we have no idea how anybody’s hair is going lift.
Everybody should know when going lighter from a dark colour, it’s a gradual process and I can only work with what i...s in front of me.
It’s not fair on us, putting a lot of time and effort in to someone’s hair, to then have the stress of messages because someone’s hair isn’t right JUST YET.
We take great pride in our work and do the best for anyone’s needs, to the point of refusal if we don’t think your ever going to achieve what you want.
Weve had so many messages over the busy Christmas periods of people wanting dramatic changes and sometimes it’s just not possible.
I hope everyone understands but this covers a lot of points in our career that we just can’t chance ❤️
