The ability to squat is required for all humans. It can be getting in and out of a chair, on and off a toilet, or squatting load on your front or back.
To be able to squat to your best you need to know the points of performance. If you get knee, hip, or back pain squatting you are either doing something wrong or have a limitation in mobility either through muscle tightness or central nervous system.

We do two 1 -2-1 sessions with one of our highly trained coaches. We do a basic mobility screen to find out how you move. We then cover the correct bodyweight­¤żĖŌĆŹŌÖĆ’ĖÅ and loaded­¤Åŗ’ĖÅŌĆŹŌÖé’ĖÅ movements for you.
