Staff welcoming and friendly. Just devoured one of the best Scottish breakfasts ever!! Hubby's American pancakes with bacon, blueberries and maple syrup was just as delicious.
Very expensive £5.25 for 500ml local brew that's 1.80 in Tesco. 18 quid for a bottle of supermarket standard plonk. Food not as highly priced 10 quid being charged for 2 slices of haggis and a spoonful of mash and a spoonful of mashed turnip. Too many foodies think a fancy plate and small portions mean the restaurant thinks it a classy bistro. Basically think of your dinner as a 3rd of what the meal costs and you'll have an idea of the mark up.
Reasonable prices and lovely staff.
Chicken Stroganoff very tasty.
Grand Slam brunch was lovely.
Pancakes are delicious.
Would highly recommend visiting if you are nearby.
Nice enviroment and staff. Good variety of food, with vegetarian options. In general, the food is quite well but I don't recommend you to have a pizza. The price is good.
Nice looking place, super nice staff, food tasty and served quickly. Biggest surprise was the final bill as I payed less then I was expecting. Highly recommended.
Very tasty breakfasts and lovely atmosphere
Don't eat in this restorant, bad food bad service, they offer pizza from suppermarket with very high price
decent place the kids love it.
Update June 17. 5.25 for a beer that is 1.50 in the shops and 17.50 for a bottle of red. Menu isn't very good these days and way overpriced.
Nice chicken and bacon salad, took the small portion which was actually quite big. Hood value.
