Loved our first visit, food was amazing, staff extremely friendly.
My starter of mini Russian salads was very fresh and tasty, my main was the pork stew and my friend had the spicy Georgian chicken both tasty and well presented, our hubby's had the lamb kebabs and equally enjoyed. At this visit we were allowed to bring our own wine as they were having issues with their licence. All in all four happy diners would gladly recommend and we will definitely visit again.

Starting with the positives - the borscht was very good as were the deep fried rye bread soldiers. The staff were attentive and friendly. Sadly, the main was very underwhelming. The lamb shaslik was dry, tough and hard to eat. When the dish is so simple you need it to be cooked well. The plain rice and sweet tomato sauce did nothing to lift the over cooked lamb. The deep fried blini for dessert was also uninspiring - stodgy and coated with savoury bread crumbs. I'm sure other mains here could be good and match the promise of the starter, unfortunately I didn't choose them. It's also worth being aware that due to licensing issues alcohol is not available to purchase at the moment, so no opportunity to sample vodkas with your meal.

We enjoyed experience here. Food was pretty authentic, high quality, home made vodka surprised with its taste. Good service, polite and responsive staff. Busy place even during day time (we were there on Saturday), many locals enjoying time there. Would recommend to visit.

Best and -I think- the only one Russian restaurant in Glasgow! Friendly staff serving delicious food. Don't forget to accompany your meal with a great selection of beers from Lithuania!
