Cafe Mambo

I visit Aviemore with my family fairly frequently since we love mountain biking in the area and whenever we stay we always manage a visit to Cafe Mambo. The menu is fairly basic but the food is usually well cooked and not too expensive, the drink is also reasonably priced and they've always got extreme sports videos playing in the background. It's far from fine dining but more than adequate for filling you up after a hard day on the bikes. No doubt we'll be back again the next time we're in the area,

My birthday treat was a trip to Aviemore and we went for a drink in Cafe Mambo as it looked inviting and had a great pool table and amazing bar staff, didn't catch his name but he was so welcoming and friendly, and when I said it was for my birthday he gave me and my partner a birthday dram and he told me where to visit for a good night out in Aviemore. We have since visited and would definitely return, what a wonderful place!x

The best coffee in Aviemore by a mile. Great food, great atmosphere, staff are friendly and best of all they allow and welcome dogs! I've attached the menu to this review so you can see what's available. Prices are good considering the location and the food is fantastic quality. If you want to chill out they have the sofas , fancy a game of pool and a beer? You can do that as well. Highly recommended when in the area.

Rockin place .. magic atmosphere and great staff

Seems to have gone down hill in past year. Food not as good, menu not as varied and beer selection now poor.

Fantastic food and great atmosphere coupled with friendly helpful staff.

The staff were very pleasant and served me quickly. The atmosphere was nice and a decent menu, all the burgers were available gluten free which is good. I ordered the Southern chicken burger which was really nice but very messy to eat. Overall it was a good meal and I would go again.
