meal and service were great but sweet was disappointing one small scoop of ice cream served in small glass with no topping sauce offered apparently we should have asked think given price of ice cream and price of lunch two scoops would have been better xx

Went for dinner tonight with my daughter food was great we both enjoyed it the service was great our waiter Dillon was really helpful and friendly looking forward to going back .

Thanks again for providing the buffet at our party last night .. it didn't last long and everyone commented how tasty the food was � not one bit left .

Often have take away's from you guys but used you's to cater for my daughters birthday party and have to say you's were top notch. Delivered when agreed and food was well received. Will definitely use you's again in the future. �

Have not been for a few years due to being disappointed in our last visit....but what a difference....food was lovely and flavours were amazing it thing is the small square plates are not ideal for serving starts on ..... defininetly will be back

Always a welcome feeling on arrival food is excellent service and staff brilliant lost count of how many times we have been not just for a meal but for big family meals as well.

Went to cafe spice before the show, table booked for 5.30 for pre theatre had to leave at 7.25 and had not finished main course food good, service really bad, I think you are to interested on your deliveries and not your sit in customers. Wee guy that served us was fantastic.

Chicken Pakora was tough and batter was pretty hard to eat, Chicken Tikka was not much better chicken again a bit tough and not enough sauce, rice was ok...

Been a loyal customer of Cafe Spice for over 3 years. Our first choice for takeaways and Christmas day meals. New year's day also. However, the last 4 takeaways have been nothing short of terrible. There is either food missing, stone cold food or the wrong items delivered. The last time was the final straw for us as when we called back to speak to a manager. We were told he was too busy and instead we got nothing but bad attitude from guy who took call, and we were made to feel like an inconvenience to them. Safe to say we are still awaiting that callback from a manager. What once was a great place, Great staff and lovely food has sadly rapidly gone downhill. Absolutely terrible!

Worse chicken tikka masala have ever tasted, had about three mouth fulls and felt sick, woke up this morning with the worse stomach ache ever, won't be back!!!

Went there today and honestly it was the worst meal I have ever sat down to eat. Ordered chicken pakora, the batter wasn’t nice tasting and the chicken wasn’t great with the worst tasting, most watery sauce with the pakora. I am not an Indian curry fan so ordered a donner naan but had to wait over half an hour to get it after the starter, even though it was relatively quiet. The majority of the meat was solid. I didn’t even eat half of it as that was terrible. The best food there was the pizza that the wain had, but then that tasted garlicky which is weird in what I believed to be a margarita pizza but the best thing about being there was walking out the door. I have never left a restaurant thinking that was a complete waste of money and unfortunately I was thinking that about Cafe Spice. I won’t be back at all and I believe a lot of people won’t be there either.

On arranging a surprise anniversary party for my parents i ordered a buffet to be delivered to the venue at 9pm. I was however told that a saturday is busy with deliveries that it would bd between 9 and half past but they would try and deliver as close to 9 as possible. I paid the full amount prior to the week of the party. On the saturday i rang cafe spice to see if the delivery had left it was 21.23 was told it had already left. My brother then phoned at 21.38 to be told the manager was just leaving to deliver it as we had already been told it was on its way my brother got a friend to drive him down just as he was about go go in the driver phoned me said he was trying to locate the 203 club. I went out onto the street looking for him and he drove in to the carpark at 21.53. I was very angry about how long it took to get there dj couldnt start 2nd half until buffet had been done and people had to take time away from party to phone and drive down. I was told manager would phone me the next day. He did but not until 11.15pm as i was asleep i missed the call have phoned shop twice today to be told manager was cooking upstairs and that he would make sure he phoned at 10.30pm its now 11.00 pm i have tried phoning shop back also managers mobile to which no answer. I would definately not reccommend orderinv food for buffet. The guy who also works there has an attitude on the phone and when i went to pay for buffet he was very rude.

Just received 4 different curries all tasted and looked the same also tasteless!! 1 of which was all crushed curry was runny and chicken black!!!! Took a photo but won’t let me upload. Called the place over 50 times and keep getting hung up on! � was also 2 hours late on arrival and freezing cold!

Here just now the service has been shocking sat 20 mins before being asked what we would like then the main meal took around an hour to come and the place wasn't even busy will definitely not be back

Fuming about the service i received in cafe spice on Friday by a member of their staff i have sent a messgae the the manager amd unfortunately have had no reply so here goes beware its a long 1 me and a few family members went for some lunch and we had 3 kids with us as soon as we went in not even a hello more like "HOW MANY" as 2 which the guy moved a table for us he then came back to take drinks order whrn he came back he advised us they didnt have what the kids oredered so we politely asked yo change for.somethinh elsenwhich seemed to be a bother for him i have had a little set back with my health nothing serious but i have been in agony and recently had a ct and was waiting on consultant phoning back which just so happened to be when we where in cafe spice i took the call and the my consultants secretary asked me to take down a few details about a small.procedure for this wednesday i asked this.member of staff for a quick shot of his pen and his reply was "No its the only 1 i have" he wasnt using it and i said it would only be for a second yo take fown time location and a few other details he then said wait 2 mins and left me standing on the fone whilst he stood with his pen doing nothing my sister then had to take notes in her phone when i came of phone i asked to speak to him and his response was that he was on phone at the time and needed it he was so rude and lying right to my fave i asked to speak to manager he went upstairs came back down slammed a bit of paper in front of me with pen and said the manager was too busy to speak and to write a note to him i honestly couldnt believe the way he was acting i was so worked up i had to get up.amd leave i have been in contact with cafe spice but no-one has got back to me terrible customer service all this over a bloody pen this is the 2nd visit in a month that we experienced service like this from the same person which really is letting cafe spices good name down as me and my family have had nothing but praise for them really not happy at all everything was an effort for him

Then I had chicken bhoona was so bland I have had a better 1 from Iceland. Then to top it of charged for a children’s plain omelette for a 8 month old £4.95 which prob used 1 egg will not be back. Really went down hill ��
