We are tourists from Ohio and stopped blindly at this spot as it happened to be there when we were hungry. Holy cow. Best meal on our month-long trip. The pizzas were outstanding. Perfect crust. Delicious, inventive topping combos. Great service. Highly recommend. We'd be regulars if we weren't four thousand miles away.

User

The breakfast was wonderful and the service was very nice considering that they were only 2 for a full place! I recommend this place and will come back for sure!

User

Superb selection of drinks - everything from artisan coffees, loose leaf teas, smoothies, milkshakes and gin/beer/whisky! Great variety of food! Tasty burgers highly recommended... Hanfmade?! I will be back to try the pizzas! Thank you guys, great service and very relaxing atmosphere!

User

Stopped at sligachan for food and found a very busy fast food joint that was chucking out food in quantity but not sure of quality my wife found the menu limited too so we decided to move on and found Cafesia at Broadford, lovely place with welcoming staff and a very nice menu,

Food was served with care and promptly and was very tasty, reasonably priced as well, such a lucky find but if in the area again we will use again!

User

Stopped at Cafesia, on our way back from Kyle as my daughter wanted a pancake. Found they stopped serving them at 12, so she had the most delicious macaroni instead. I had the pizza and have to say it was fantastic. Great service and a fantastic place.

User

Recently visited Skye and had been told about Cafe Sia - what a great spot! Great atmosphere; perfect whether you are visiting as a couple or a family. Wide selection of food and drink choices - (my steak was spot on!) and the desserts are EXCELLENT. The chocolate brownie is out of this world, so good in fact I had to steal the recipe so that I can make it between visits to Skye!

Cannot recommend this place enough, great food and excellent staff - what more could you want!

User

I’m so happy we stumbled upon this place. The waitstaff was all very friendly. The cocktails were amazing!! They had many creative drinks that were not just whiskey, which is nice and unique to see in Skye. My kids LOVED the Virgin bumble-gum daiquiris!

The wood-fired pizza was well done. They even have gluten free options! It was a nice upbeat atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. We were visiting from Chicago-USA.

We will defiantly be letting our friends that are traveling to the area to stop here!

User

Had the most wonderful Over the Sia to Skye pizza with beautiful chips n deep fried courgettes. Highly recommended. Service excellent...Will b back again before long...

User

Great pizza...great sounds...great staff....top notch

User

Great food! Lovely and warm wee café! We will definitely be back

User

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. We had the pizzas which were excellent. Handmade bases, thin and crispy with a delicious tomato sauce and plenty of cheese. Wood fired and piping hot. Possibly the best I have had in Scotland - though do check out the Sutor Creek Cafe in Cromarty too if you are over at the Black Isle which are the other contenders for this title. Excellent coffee to finish and fast free wifi which helped with the kids withdrawal symptoms.

User

Awesome food, highly recommend the mac 'n' cheese and Demon Pizza. Gin served with the proper garnish. Nice atmosphere.

We only visited as it was closest to us, weren't really sure as seemed to be portrayed more as a café but glad we visited!

Only downside: Pizza is served on a slate which makes it pretty soggy.

User

Lovely wee resturant and friendly staff. However, my son found a piece of plastic in his hot chocolate (which can happen, not too big a deal). I reported it to a waitress who was lovely and offered to make another - perfect! Except.. Then a woman came over to discuss it further and I felt as though she was accusing us off putting it in there on purpose. She did however take it off the bill, which wasnt necessary but appriciated. But im afraid I did not appreciate the aggressive tone she used with me. Its such a shame because we definitely won't be going back.

User

I had lunch here today and the food was delicious, it's such a shame the service was so bad. When we arrived we were seated promptly. It took the server about 10 mins to come back to us to take our order, which i felt was quite long considering there was only 3 other tables in and they had already been served. We ordered, recieved our order and enjoyed the food. Once we finished eating, i stacked our plates to the side of the table (i always do) so it was fairly obvious we were finished. My daughter had ordered from the kids set menu so was keen to have her ice cream. We waited. And waited and waited. Whilst waiting we watched the front of house staff have, what appeared to be, a small dance competition to Britney Spears behind the counter until their attention was grabbed, along with the kitchen staff, to a man outside who appeared to be reading a map. This seemed to be highly amusing/intriguing to all the staff who were watching him, I'm not really sure why! Anyway, we continued to wait for at least 15mins before our plates were cleared and my daughter was eventually given her ice cream.

I have no issues with staff enjoying themselves at work however this should not be to the detriment of the customer's enjoyment. It's such a shame the service lets the place down, good service would've definately earned them 5 stars as the food was so nice.

User

Had been recommended this place by our neighbour who had eaten here. The pizza was great. Very tasty. Coffee a disappointment. I asked for a latte and it came in a coffee cup and not a tall glass. I asked for a skinny one and was told they only had full fat milk. It was ok but nothing to get excited about. Coffee and water a little over priced. £2.95 for coffee and £2.65 for bottle of water

User

Food was great very yummy with a good selection of food however Upton arriving to the cafe there was quite offensive music coming from the siaway outdoor shop my partner and I were quite shocked two younger boys working there would be playing this music in front of customers. We witnessed an elderly couple walking away after hearing this music. Food is 4*

User

Food was faultless however waiting near enough 40 minutes on the other hand wasn’t! Service was slow from the start not only from ourselves but the rest that were in. One table beside us had asked for extra chips and it could be seen on the hot plate yet no one was even noticing so the customer had to go up and ask again and take it over. There was only 10 customers in at the time and for somewhere that specialises in pizzas, it seemed only 2 were being cooked at a time! Out of courtesy the staff could have said there would be a wait but didn’t. There seemed to be a lot of standing about by them and not a lot of working. I’ve given this place the benefit of the doubt coming back but seems to be same issues time after time.

User

Went with my wife and a friend to have a coffee (which I'd heard was good) and pizza (for them).

I can't have full-fat or semi-skimmed milk so ordered a cafetiere with skimmed milk.

The waitress said they only had full-fat milk but that the shop next door sold skimmed milk.

I went next door while the pizzas were being made to find out that they don't sell skimmed milk. Had to go to the co-op to get skimmed.

I returned to a cool cafetiere of coffee to add the cold milk I had purchased myself. No help was offered by the waiting staff.

For a place that majors on coffee it seems poor service.

User

We had to wait a long time to get waited on. I ordered a glass of wine and got the wrong size glass. My husband didn't get the pizza he ordered. When he made the waiter aware of it, he was told by the waiter, "What do you want me to do?" He ate the pizza he was given because he didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. Not impressed.
