Couldn't believe how quickly they sold my house! Professional staff and great service! Would recommend to a friend!

waited 3 weeks to view a property, emailed the day before to confirm again (no reply), despite all contact being via email. arrived at 2pm as agreed, no one there.

phoned to ask where they were, to be told all viewings had been cancelled and all the people concerned had been informed, stating that i "must gave been", however, i had not, hence being there for the appointment.

i was offered no apology, in fact it was implied that i was in the wrong.

wasted an entire day off work planned around that viewing. livid beyond description. loathsome company.

shocking just shocking,guy turns up late no sorry,not even an "hello my name is mr crabbypuss" just opens the door heres the kitchen,bedrooms,bathroom and livingroom,says I would take it crabbypuss says ok and that was that even had the 900 quid in my pocket so we could sign the lease but still no further forward with the salesman of the year,2 weeks later still nothing so went in today and shock you give it to someone else,2 weeks wasted because of this,office staff 5 star,agent shocking
