Good food which is keenly priced, friendly and welcoming staff, nice relaxing setting especially on a cold day next to the log fire. One of the only 2 pubs in this area that welcome dogs and staff will happily give them a treat and a bowl of water. Menu now attached to the review , food is high quality and the consistency is exceptional. Highly recommended.

A friendly group of staff will attend to you, your family and your family dog for the duration of your stay. The owners are very approachable, the food is fantastic and the rooms are clean, all on the 1st floor and mostly ensuite. With ample off road car parking and areas for the kids and dog to play and a variety of walks close at hand there's something for everyone. With a well stocked bar, a spacious dining room and a dance floor should the occasion arise there's a lot on offer from this friendly little village hideaway
