Cairngorm Hotel

Stopped in for a quick dinner one evening. Staff where very welcoming upon arrival. The menus was typical scottish pub grub but had a good veriety of items for everyone. The portions where massive so you definitely get your money's worth eating here. The food was cooked to a high standard and was served quickly. Overall I would recommend this to someone and would happily return again.

Good beer and they laid out a great selection of cooked bar snacks at about 6pm which were free! Bonus points! Great while waiting for a train.

I attended dinner last evening at this very fine hotel with my family. Although the restaurant was busy and were given a wait of 45mins they gave us a buzzer and we waited in the bar. When we got seated the waitresses were all very kind and helpful. The interior design was very nice giving a warm old authentic feel, I also noticed that everything had been polished and cleaned even in the higher places. The food was extremely good and the wait between ordering and receiving food was to my amazement very quick and yet the food was amazing!!! Would definitely come back.

Absolutely brilliant. The beds are massive the food was awesome staff very friendly. Well worth the trip.

Staff seemed overwhelmed at times but did their best to serve us. Pints were all nice (seems to be a rarity in Aviemore) and the food was delicious. Would easily be a five star review with more bar staff to support the great current team.

In for drinks, great traditional pub with reasonable prices and good atmosphere. Regular quiz nights and bands to bring you back for more and friendly staff.

I visit Aviemore 3 or 4 times a year with my family and always eat at the Cairngorm. The food, the atmosphere, and the staff are all great. Couldn't fault it on anything. The staff make the hotel. Incredibly friendly and helpful. An easy 5 out of 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
