Cairngorm Hotel Description
The Cairngorm Hotel is Aviemore's Premier Independent Hotel, with the staff offering a warm and friendly welcome. Aviemore is Scotland's top all year resort, offering winter sports such as skiing, curling, and snow boarding in the Cairngorms during winter, and is an excellent base for tours of the Highlands and Inverness-shire, including the famous Whisky Trail and Monarch of the Glen Country. Golf tours are very popular in the area, and there are many activities for families during the summer.

Working up north for a few days went in for tea two days running excellent food had working clothes on staff treated us the same as everyone else great service 👍
Went for mother’s day lunch and it was lovely. And even the box off chocs we got � def be back again!!!
We went for dinner on the 1st of January..what a fantastic meal to the start of the year.. had the scallops then the haggis lasagne...wow..both were amazing but my friends food looked great too..staff were lovely and friendly even with it being busy..would highly recommend.. thanks everyone was fantastic...
We always visit this hotel when we are in Aviemore. The service, food and portions are great and that staff can’t do enough for you. Hubby just loves their sticky toffee pudding! It’s a ‘must visit’ if you’re in Aviemore.
We always visit this hotel in the evening when we visit Aviemore. They have fabulous entertainment on every night. Staff are great and you are guaranteed to meet folk from many different locations / countries. Highly recommend!!

These guys rock! Took my Mum for a Birthday dinner and totally unprompted at the end of the delicious meal they put the lights out, sang and brought her a Birthday cake with candles on! �
She was widowed 12 weeks ago and they helped to brighten up her first Birthday without her husband. THANK YOU.
Staff is so friendly and professional/efficient, food is outstanding and the live music just makes the place! Amazing. Well deserved 5*. And we go often and it’s always 5*. Graham especially in the restaurant is very good!
My husband kept promising to take me...and I wasn’t disappointed. Excellent food; friendly, efficient staff; lovely clean rooms; busy bar with fantastic entertainment...everything perfect. A lovely atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back.
Me and my partner had a meal at the Cairngorm Hotel at supper time today. For prob one of the busiest days of the year the service we got and the meal was first class . We would recommend it to any friends and when ever we are back in Aviemore we will eat here cheers.

Just back from a 3 day stay with my partner to bring in the New Year.
We both had a fantastic time and couldn't fault anything about our stay. The staff were lovely and welcoming, our room was beautiful looking onto the railway and breakfast was delightful. The bar is extremly busy and I think they could really benefit from having a seperate area for residents only. All in all tho a fantastic stay and look forward to returning soon x

Great food choices for someone with allergies. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend going here for a meal.
Good old fashioned Scottish Hotel with a really relaxed atmosphere, the staff was very friendly and helpful. My friends and I had a lovely lunch, “The Cairn” as it’s know to us, is a credit to Aviemore . Keep up the good work 🏔
Friendly staff and lovely room very warm room though although no heating on. Breakfast was first class I would highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel and gorgeous rooms. Decor high standard throughout. Excellent service and friendly staff. Good food huge portions. Parking no problem even at peak season. Central Aviemore. Can’t wait to come back. Regretting not staying longer 😊
