Tried ordering macarons for a family members birthday (as she's allergic to dairy), however they've never arrived even with more than a weeks notice. I've tried getting in contact with them many times however they only replied once saying sorry, and that they'd look into to it.

But they've not said anything since, the macaroons still haven't arrived but they've taken the money...
Honestly, if they'd replied and had better customer service I think this really could of been resolved, I just want my £24 refunded please.

I ordered cookies and they never arrived. I tried to contact them multiple times and have received no reply, and my money was taken! So disappointed!

I first used Cake Cetera for cake pops for a children's party 2 years ago and I've been back to order several times now. They are my "go to company" for tasty and unique gifts and treats!

I ordered macarons as a thank you to a company. They were delighted and loved the thank you messages on them. Following that successful order, I ordered a macaron tower for a party. It looked amazing as a centre piece and the guests loved them. Will definitely keep using this company as easy to order, delivered on time, and great tasting products.

What an absolutely fabulous company for corporate and gift services. I ordered personalised Macrons for my B2B clients at Christmas and they absolutely loved them. I also had Cake Cetera host a cup cake party for my daughter and her friends and Pauline was amazing, she was fabulous with the girls and they loved that they could eat and take their creations home which meant that for the first time ever i was able to enjoy watching my daughter enjoying her party instead of doing all the organising and hosting. Can not recommend them high enough.
