Cake Delights

I am creating this page so I can show what products I am capable of producing, my decoration skills. I want to in the future open my own cake or bread shop

I am currently studying Gold Patisserie and Bakery at New College Lanarkshire, Motherwell. Last year I studied Silver bakery. I am training to be a baker. Later on in life I am wanting to open my own bakery in either Edinburgh or St. Andrews. Last year is mostly bread products and easy things to make. This year is more complex and complicated things including; cakes, desserts and sweet things.
