Hi, my name is Luise and I am a self-taught baker and cake decorator, learning my skills as I go along over the years but my basic skills for baking come from my wonderful Mum! So too do my sewing and knitting skills - really, I have to admit my Mum has taught me a great deal of handy craft skills and I suppose that's where I get my passion from. Being able to make beautiful cakes and see the joy on someone's face when they are eating it fills me with complete satisfaction - and watching them open a parcel with a hand crafted bespoke gift inside, eyes lit up, there's nothing like that look!
