This is the second car I've bought from CVS. Great service, before and after buying. They cannot do enough for you. No big sales patter and no pressure. Would recommend them to anyone. Nice to see the small dealerships doing so well. They make you feel like a person not a cash symbol. :)

These guys went over and above for us their after sales care is fantastic nothing is too much trouble they went out of their way to come and collect my car, fix the problem ( which was something they couldn’t possibly have known about when they sold us the car) and then delivered the car back. Always friendly on the phone would highly recommend

These guys are fantastic, looked on their site and found my ideal car bearing in mind I live over 300 miles away from CVS. I got talking to Jason on the Monday and he offered me delivery for a very reasonable price, I paid a deposit on the Monday and the car was delivered to me on the Thursday. The communication was excellent as was the service, I would have no problems in recommending CVS to anyone. Great service guys and thank you.

Bit of a long winded review but stick with me. Test drove a Seat Leon and fell in love with it. On test drive noticed indicators were faulty and assumed just a bulb. Done deal on car and had been assured problem would be fixed. Well it turned out was not bulb but ECU chip. I knew was an expensive repair having paid out £700 to have same problem sorted on a car I previously owned. Did that deter Caledonia Vehicle Solutions ? Simple answer is no. They provided me with a courtesy car while they sourced part and made right at their cost. I picked up my car then on Tuesday. On Tuesday night while driving 3 warning lights came on. Phoned down to Caledonia Vehicle Solutions the next day and within an hour one of their staff arrived at my door and left me their courtesy car and took mine back to investigate. Within 3 hours car was sorted and returned to me with a full tank of diesel for my inconveniene. Moral of story is anyone can sell you a second hand car but not many will go the extra mile to exceed customer satisfaction. I would not hestitate to recommend Caledonia Vehicle Solutions to anyone and its so refreshing that Jason and his team go that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you guys very much :)
