Wow. We can't recommend them enough. To say the job they have done on our conversion is stunning, is a massive understatement! They have turned a basic Commercial VW T5 into an amazing bespoke Campervan with total professionalism and skill.



We first met these guys at the Caravan and Camping Show at the SECC earlier in the year and were very impressed straight away. We had been planning on getting a Campervan for a long time, but were unsure of which route to go down. Once we spoke to them we knew straight away what to do and who was going to do it. They found us the base van, and once we chose the interior and extras etc they turned it into the awesome camper that it is now in a matter of weeks. They were very approachable and understanding of all our needs and requirements (and there were alot of them lol) and the attention to detail was precisely what we were looking for.



Once again we would like to say a massive thanks to John, Steven, Joe, Isla and all the guys and girls at Caledonian Conversions for the amazing experience, and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch bespoke conversion, from a friendly and professional team.

Would highly recommend. I visited lots of the conversion companies and liked everything I seen with caledonain. We recently bought a vw van, they sourced the van for us and offered us a fantastic deal on the conversion and done it on a tight timescale. We found the team to be really friendly and professional. We are more than happy at the standard of worked carried out and hope use Caledonian again in the future.

Well, where do I start, firstly what an absolute delight to deal with this family run business, from the minute you walk into the office being met with one of the most customer focused staff(Nat, I think), I've ever dealt with. Everything from start to finish was done professionaly.

An absolute cracking Campervan, I didn't know Campervans were so luxurious and it was brand spanking new like all their vans. I even got a wee tour from one of the owners, Stevie, of their workshop where they convert Campervans. Fascinating to say the least. Fantastic way to see a country, move when you want and in luxury. The van was even supplied with all cooking equipment, plates, fridge freezer that's on at all times and an electric hookup if you decide to stay in campsites. So the only things I took for the family was our food and blankets. You can hire extras like bikes etc so literally you can rock up and leave and the only thing you'll need is spending money. They were also kind enough to allow us to leave our car. We'll definitely be back for more happy camping.

My girlfriend and I had the most amazing trip through Scotland and the van was one of the best parts. The van was brand new and in great condition, drove like a dream, with amazing facilities inside. We were sad to have to give it back at the end! The staff were all fantastic, very friendly and happy to help with any query. Highly recommend, will be going straight back to them next time.

Fantastic service from this company. We hired a campervan for 4 days to explore the highlands. The van was economical on fuel and easy to drive. The van was well kitted out down to cutlery and bedding. Our handover went smoothly and all our reservations about using the equipment on board were quickly and efficiently laid to rest. Very friendly staff, nothing was a bother for them even dealing with complete novices like us. Cant recommend them highly enough quality product and quality service......we will definately be back !!

The guys spent a lot of time with the design to built it how I needed it, the finish and workmanship from all the guys is superb, and Nats and Jenna kept me up to date with photos and emails. Was greated by a very warm Nat, to be shown around by the boss Stevie who made you feel you were the only people he had to deal with. Spend so much time showing us the whole production from the shell of the van to the full conversion. Needless to say by the time the conversion was complete, two weeks, we knew every member of the team. When we picked up our van all the staff came out to make sure we were happy with our van as they are so proud of their work, and so they should be. Can't thank them enough. Two very happy people

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. They sourced a van for me and converted it to my specification. The process and customer service from start to finish was superb, and Isla and Steve were only too happy to help advise and find the best solutions in terms of design and fit out. Nothing was ever too much trouble - despite my not infrequent changes of mind!



The quality of the conversion was absolutely fantastic, and beyond even what I had specified, as Joe's attention to detail and finding novel and neat solutions to requests went beyond the original brief. I knew the finish would be good having seen examples of their craftsmanship at the camping/caravanning show at SECC, but the workmanship was absolutely first class.

......great vans, great people and the best quality conversions out there..! Did I say great people? Really, all the staff are superb especially the shop floor - they really care about the job they do and they all have a natural, friendly approach to customer care!!

Initial visit was fab, very attentive and knowledgeable staff. That was on 5th October 2015 and still waiting on quote. Emailed on 19th October where I was promised a reply by the end of the following day. Needless to say, I have gone with another company but these guys were my first choice. Possibly a 2008 Vivaro was beneath their usual standard of van coming in (stunning new VWs!) Disappointed...

I would never recommend Caledonian Campers.



We booked a Van for 4 days. The price was around 40 pounds per day. At at the beginning we though we were lucky because of the price. But surprise comes later, when we turn back the Van. It is important to say that we have booked many times cars and always we have had a great experience, but not this time. When we return the Van, the found a VERY SMALL (REALLY, almost invisible) mark on the car chassis. Was very weird because we drive carefully and the ask us for clean the Van in a place next to them. Anyway, the price for that tiny mark was 180 POUNS. So, we paid more for the punishment that for the Van.



I DO NOT recommend this place and less if you do it for the price. The Vans are very nice but they try to get customers with economical prices but then they make up an excuse to pay you more.



Honestly, we feel cheated by them and we are not from Scotland, so we can not fight for our rights.
