CALEDUS was formed in 2003 by Paul Howlett as a service sector supplier to provide drilling, completions, and downhole services to the oil and gas industry. The company developed a number of well construction products. The business was headquartered in Aberdeen, Scotland and traded from 2003 until 2010. In 2010 CALEDUS was merged with three other SME's to form a group.
