My pal and fellow yoga bodyworker shared this, and made me realise that she is much better at sharing than I am.
I took some training in April and more in May, and it has changed my bodywork LIFE! It starts with the diaphragm, but it’s so much more than that.

I love passionate people. Steve Irwin was possibly the most enthusiastic, genuinely joyful guy I've ever seen on TV, and whether he talked about animals or fatherhood or anything else, I just love his unalloyed, unselfconscious happiness. More of this sort of thing!
