Excellent venue for short quiet break. Old fashioned but historic place. Great for golfing & local walks. Good food & excellent service. Decent pool & gym. Wonderful setting. Caters for dogs.

Went on a Sunday saver offer. Great deal, good quality food. 4 course dinner, Choice of 3 starters, 4 mains and 3 sweets. Plus a soup course.

Stayed two nights at the hotel with a view of holding a yearly reunion next June for 16 people. A very warm welcome at reception set the tone for our stay. Accommodation second to none, roomy well equiped and spotless. Restaurant well laid out with plenty of room. The four course dinners were were very well prepared and tasty. Plenty of staff and were all very attentive. We played golf on a well maintained course, tough and lots of water.

What an amazing place and wonderful golf club, but it's expensive.

The location is amazing, the rooms of the hotel are really well kept and the decor is fantabulous. The service was second to none. I didn't see any of the bedrooms but the rest of the hotel was immaculate.

Great hotel and grounds. Staff can't do enough to help, food is excellent and the rooms are traditional and large.

Just brilliant in every way. So glad we had our honeymoon at Cally 😎
