Becoming a better version of yourself
Loosing weight is the main motivation for choosing to eat our meals. But when you eat the right food you will perform better, think better, make faster decisions, motivate you to get active more, have more energy and you might notice your skin looks a little clearer, nails and hair will look better.
Fat doesn’t come off very quickly, it comes off our faces, our hands, arms and legs and then last but not least it comes to the areas like t...he hips and belly. Try to drop any feelings of urgency to loosing weight they will only make you worse.
Focus on noticing how much more energy you have, better at work, less stressed, motivated to do things and enjoy life more. And let your cloths be your measure of results and not the scales.

How it works!
On a Sunday you receive 3 days and on a Wednesday you get the remainder of your week.
The menu changes every weeks and you get all different meals ( breakfast menu is shorter and less variety than the main meals )
... Each meal contains roughly 600kcals and that comes With meat, a carb source and vegetables.
protein: Chicken is the dominant protein source, pork cuts, beef cuts, lamb cuts, sausage and mince dishes as well. Fish and vegetarian meals are cook on request.
Carbs: vatied pasta, varied rice, sweet potato preparations, white potato preparations, couscous, pearl barley
Veg: lentils, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, beans, salad veg, herbs, spinach, root veg, and more.
Chefs touch: It’s in both our interests that you stay subscribing week after week. I believe that the key to you getting results is making the food taste as great as I can so it’s the preferred option over anything else to eat. I believe in making comfort food style dishes a little healthier with less fats and sugars. I also have to make sure I make the food in a way that is going to still be nutritious and tasty when you’ve put it through the microwave to eat.
Terms and conditions
This is a subscription, once you start it’s automatically assumed you want it until further notice.
For £50 a week you get breakfast lunch and dinner for 5 days and £10 per extra day.
For £40 a week you get the above minus breakfasts
Dietary requirements If you have a particular diet requirement such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, allergen controlled meals send me a message with what you need and il give you a quote as some alternate ingredients can be higher in cost.
Pausing and canceling To end you just have to send a quick message on Facebook and inform me before shopping day which is a Friday. We then thank you for using us and send you a questionnaire to fill out.
Payment Cash on delivery, internet methods are available if you are not going to be home at the time I get to you on route.

Breaks and holidays We close in December and re-open in January We also intend to close in the summer

Diets that work and diets that don’t!
Atkins, Cambridge, slimming world, carb cycling, 5/2, paleo are some names for different diets. They all work, they all create the same calorie deficit. The key to choosing is knowledge of yourself and your lifestyle and consistently sticking to the method that you believe you can consistently stick at without you changing your current routines.
I choose intermittent fasting because I’m working around food or sleeping for about 20 hours a day and the last 4 hours I choose to consume my whole days worth in that timescale. And I drink up to 5 liters of water during work to curb hunger.

When I was a teenager in school I wanted to be a dietician. I'd seen a few as I struggled with my weight with having an under active thyroid. They told me all about food and what foods contain the best mix of nutrients for my condition.
But I realized quickly that I needed to work 45hrs plus a week to live so I became a chef and after a long day I just couldn't be bothered to cook the food I needed.
... 2 years ago I had this idea that I could still help people get in shape without years at university. I was a good chef, I'd traveled and worked for plenty of different private families learning how to use ingredients from all over the world.
I would go on to cook top class food from all over the world in my own private commercial kitchen in Cumbria , in little plastic tubs and deliver fresh food multiple times per week.
It solves that problem we all have. No time/energy/knowledge to cook the food necessary to have a varied, nice tasting diet to help me keep / get in shape.
Pricing is key, not everyone has a personal chef that cooks their diet for a reason... it's expensive! Your looking at paying a salary in excess of £28k plus food ingredients costs. But I've developed a much cheaper way to have you guys be the envy of everyone at work. People will be asking what you've made today. You can tell them it's me or take credit yourself.
