When you boil it down, Calvary Community is about two things: Loving God, and loving each other. These are the two commandments that Jesus said sum up all of the rest of the Law and the Prophets (Matthew 22: 35-40). When we love God and love each other, we abide in God’s love (John 15: 10), and that’s a good place to be!

Because we love God, we have a deep respect and reverence for God’s word, the Bible. We believe that it is the most important book there is, and it contains the most important message the world has ever heard. We believe that it was not written by man’s invention, but by God, through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit (2 Peter 1: 19-21). We want to hear all that God has to say, so we teach through the whole Bible.
