Cam Sports Performance Description
Using the scientific basis of Strength and Conditioning our aim is to create strong, healthy, functional individuals who can enjoy life, work hard and perform /compete at any level of sport or activity they wish.
We strongly believe in a 4 step evidence based approach:
1. Assess: Functional movement, mobility, stability, muscular function, strength and power
2. Correct: Equip you with sufficient mobility, stability, and body awareness to move your body as it was designed
3. Develop: A solid base of Strength and Conditioning making you more robust and economical
4. Maximise: Any physical quality that will make you the most physically awesome human being you can be
Underpinning all of this is the idea that we equip you with an understanding of:
