So our annual summer party just went down and it was a cracker!
There was a BBQ, music, drinks, krashball and rounders...it was a perfect summers day!

... Choose 4 of your favourite pump-up songs – they should be between 3:30 and 4:30 minutes long. Each circuit is done for the duration of the song.
Song 1 10 Squats 10 1-Arm rows (1-1) 10 Russian twists (1-1) 10 second rest (if needed)
Song 2 5 Forward/reverse lunges (1-1) 5 Plank “walks” each side (get in plank, “walk” 5 steps to the right and 5 to the left) 10 Crunches 10 second rest (if needed)

***WE NEED 2 PERSONAL TRAINERS***
Come and join the largest providers of outdoor fitness in Cambridge. Be part of a fantastic team and community.
We are looking for 2 trainers male or female to come onboard and start taking sessions around our locations in Cambridge.
... You should be available to take 2-4 sessions per week either at our early morning sessions and/or evenings.
This would suit both newly qualified trainers and trainers with some experience already, looking for extra work.
Trainers with the right character, temperament and attitude will be chosen over those with just the knowledge.
Candidates must be a role model to those they teach and have great people skills.
A Level 3 qualification would be ideal but a Level 2 would be considered for the right person.
A quality training pathway is provided (4-6 weeks) and must be completed before being allowed to take sessions on your own. Your availability and experience will determine how quickly you progress.
***Having your own transport is essential***
This is a great opportunity to develpop your confidence, skill set and to grow with a professional, fun and exciting company.
Top rates of pay offered once fully trained.

WOW amazing leg strength, power and control on show from these Norwegian national skiers!!
We don't recommend attempting anything close to this sort of level unless you have healthy knees and have put in years of training.
Definitely inspirational though :)
