Don't forget guys, basics training tonight from 7 followed by advanced training at 8. All welcome to both. We'll be covering the 9th kyu syllabus in the basics class and running through the geryaku no maki from the Gyokko Ryu in the advanced class. See you all there!

Really good training last night. The beginners learnt Ichimonji and the regular class studied the Churyaku no maki level of the Gyokko Ryu. Magpie wings and falling mackerel... 🐟🐟🐟

Great turnout at the seminar today!

It's with great sadness we announce that Subra has passed away in the last week. A lot of you who knew him and trained with him will have known what an amazing and kind person he was. He had fantastic spirit and was our most punctual member! He will be sorely missed. At tomorrow's seminar we will light a candle and say a few words to remember him. We will let you know about funeral arrangements when I hear about them.

This amazing seminar is less than 2 weeks away! Times and location confirmed. 'Going' the event means cheaper entry... Not to be missed!
