Highly recommend Cameron Motors to anyone interested in a new vehicle; the staff are incredible and the service is truly excellent.

Brief description of my experience: I recently purchased a 2016 Golf 1.4 tsi from Cameron Motors; my entire enquiry, purchase and transition was handled professionally and efficiently by the Cameron Group team. The Salesman for my enquiry, Steve Manson, was fantastic start-to-finish ensuring I understood every aspect of the car including all of the features and options available to me. Furthermore, the after-sales care, in my experience, is second to none.

Possibly the worst test drive experience I have ever had in my life. Test drive a new Tiguan 190. The salesman was more interested in showing me the adaptive cruise control and get pressing buttons on the steering whelk while I was DRIVING!!! Test route was poor and the cars accelerated poorly and was poor with steering. It took nearly an hour to get the test drive in the first place & too much filling in paperwork and assumptions made that I was buying that day. Constantly talking about deals and the salesman couldn't even remember my name and asked me four times too!!!

I'm literally shocked at just how bad an experience I had and as a result it's put me off Volkswagen. Advice to the dealership: you need to train your sales team far better, focus on your customer and not deals first. Think about the sales journey end to end as certainly on this occasion you got it very wrong and I won't be back to purchase any vehicle from you, complete disgrace to the motor trade. BE WARNED THIS IS MOT A GOOD DEALERSHIP TO BUY FROM!!!
