My name is Steven Cameron and I am an Edinburgh wedding photographer with a documentary style. I am also available for overseas destination weddings. Being a Scot, I do love to photograph traditional Scottish weddings – think kilts, tartan, castles, haggis and pipers! Taking photos is my passion, especially at weddings where each couple is different and every wedding tells its own story. I thrive on the excitement of the big day, and love to capture the smiles, excitement, joy and emotion of the bride, groom and their family and friends. I always challenge myself in everything I do whether it is work or personal life, I Like to push myself to my limits. I regularly participate in events such as Tough Mudder and try to keep myself as fit as possible through cycling, going to the gym and mountain climbing. In April 2018 I walked The Great Highland Way – completing the 96 miles hike in 6 days in every possible weather condition from sun on the first day to wild camping on the mountains in the snow a couple of days later. I have booked up for my 6th Tough Mudder event in June 2019. My greatest challenge will be in September 2019 where I will attempt to climb the worlds largest free standing mountain – Kilimanjaro. As an Edinburgh wedding photographer I get to work at some of the finest venues in Scotland. Recently I've shot at Dundas Castle, Mansfield Traquair, Dunkeld House Hotel, Dalhousie Castle and Traquair House.
