Campaign for Borders Rail successfully promoted the rebuilding of the railway between Edinburgh, Galashiels and Tweedbank. The line opened on 6 September in 2015. CBR is strongly committed to future line extension - first to Hawick and eventually to Carlisle. Join CBR to ensure that we get the best possible Borders Railway – reconnecting to Melrose, Newtown St Boswells, Hawick and Carlisle.
