A huge thanks to the folk in Campsie who supported the Carol singers on 21st, 23rd and 24th December, either by joining in and/or giving to the Lennoxtown Foodbank and the Glasgow Lodging House Mission, who support the homeless in Glasgow. Hope to see you all again, Listen out for us same time, same places, next year! 😃 Helen Arnott 😃

Today we held our annual Nativity Service at Whitefield Lodge. Both adults and children were our actors and some of the young people sang beautiful solos. We enjoyed it and I hope the residents did too. Perhaps the star of the show was a visiting dog who pretended to be a lamb.

It was just great to have Bruce Davies back at Campsie again. Bruce put on a great show (as usual) and everyone had a great evening. Thanks to all who supported our event in any way and thanks again to Bruce for a great performance. See you again soon, Bruce!

Charlie Adam is at Erskine. We went to the art group today and he started to draw - not easy when his hand is partially paralysed. However he created a giraffe looking longingly at his coy girlfriend.

Margaret Gow, one of our oldest members, is now a resident in Campsie View Care. She enjoyed a collaborative art project. Individual poppies at first formed a wreath and then part of a most impressive picture.
