Camusdarach Campsite

Update on the road closures from the 29th July. Please have a wee read if you are planning to visit us.

Bonfires are fun; litter is not. Please bonfire responsibly. Take your litter home with you as it is extremely harmful towards wildlife, dogs and kids. If you see a piece of litter on the beach, please pick it up as it could save a marine animals life. If there are any sharp objects, please don’t hesitate to tell a member of staff from the campsite and we can remove it safely. Thank you! 🐬♻️🌍💚

Current availability for the coming week; Sunday-Friday tent hook up and non-hook up pitches available. Tuesday-Friday a couple of campervan/motorhome/caravan pitches available. We are FULLY BOOKED until 2/6/18 after that. 😀

We’ve got the lawnmowers out on the top field today!

We were recommended this campsite and were not disappointed. It was our first trip away as a family of four, our youngest is only 6 months! The views from the top field were amazing and our son (3yo) loved being so close to the beaches and the variety in the beaches close by. The on site facilities were great and we had pizza on our last night which was lovely. We will definitely be returning.

We stayed in the pod last weekend and had a brilliant time. The campsite facilities are excellent and the most beautiful beach is within a two minute walk. I came to this campsite as a child for a few summers about 20 years ago and it was lovely to return as it's still as unspoiled as it was all those years ago.

We have just spent the most amazing 9 nights here. Cannot recommend enough! Great spacious pitches, excellent facilities with the best campsite showers we've ever seen, great coffee croissants and pizzas, and the most amazing location imaginable! Johnny and Val & co were friendly, welcoming and more than helpful and absolutely brilliant with our boys, one of which had his 8th birthday whilst there and our takeaway pizza that night included a special extra box full of chocolates and sweets for the birthday boy - thank you, it made his day! All in all, the best holiday we've had - more than worth the 11 hour journey and we're already planning our next trip to Camusdarach - as soon as possible! :-)

We had the most AMAZING week camping at this campsite and we will be booking for longer for next year. Staff so helpful and friendly, (especially Stumpy!) showers are hot, spotless and never had to wait for one, great extras with croissants, ice lollies, coffee machine etc, free use of plug sockets for charging, ice pack freezing. Beaches are absolutely beautiful and so quiet. Went pony trekking with Silversands and Sea Kayaking from Arisaig-l totally recommend these! See you next year! Xx

We had a break here for four nights... Stunning views and beautiful beaches and walks ... so relaxed and friendly. We had the pleasure of some visiting Red Deer Bucks so I got some amazing photo's. Well worth a visit for some peace and quiet... Will hopefully return.

This was our second visit to Camusdarach Campsite and we just love it! Lots of space, great facilities, friendly staff, great takeaway and of course their own private beach. A very, very special place.

This was our 1st time staying here tonight and we are extremely happy, it’s such a peaceful site everyone is very respectful and the facilities are top class � water top up, chemical disposal, clean hot showers, clean toilets, dish washing facilities, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and kettle.... and breakfast/lunch/dinner made to order for collection if required. Best site i have stayed on yet �

Thanks to Val and Jonny, had a great stay. A lovely clean campsite in the best location, beaches are amazing - hope to visit again soon ! �

Stunning campsite, stunning location, great hospitality from Val and Jonny with the added touch of a visit from the Easter bunny leaving an Easter Egg at our Campervan door this morning. #stunning

Spent two nights in our campervan at the weekend and couldn't fault the campsite at all. Very friendly owners, great views from the pitches, clean and hot showers, delicious pastries and coffee on offer for breakfast, and last but far from least the absolutely stunning beaches right on the campsites doorstep, what not to like?! Cannot wait to return!

Second time here! Can’t fault anything! Clean modern on the beach just perfect 👌

On our way home from a trip to the north west. Could not have asked for a better campsite! The weather definitely helped (huge blue skies and a bright sun), but some of the best facilities I've seen at a campground regardless (pristine is not an overstatement). So close to the most beautiful beach in Scotland, lovely owners, and just the most laid back place. We'll definitely be back, we love it! Thanks guys for making a trip with an 18mo super easy!

Lovely weekend in August at this haven of peace. We even managed to have the beach to ourselves for a few hours with sunshine, golden sands and clear blue sea. Thank you also to a kind lady who found my Fitbit in the showers and returned it through the owners. Even got a meteorite shower and gorgeous sunset � �� Perfect �

Lovely site in a superb location- so near all the beautiful beaches of Arisaig and Morar. 5 min walk to Cambusdarach beach which is fabulous for swimming. The best showers and toilets we have ever seen in a smaller site and the owners were very welcoming and helpful. Freshly baked croissants in the morning were a lovely touch. We will be back!!!

Just back from a one night stay at Camusdarach. We loved it. Wished we could have stayed a week. Pitch with a sea view, few minutes off the most beautiful beach and clean facilities with cracking showers.

Had a fantastic break here last week. The campsite is in a great location, and we had amazing views from our caravan. The facilities are great fantastic shower block and friendly staff. We even got a delivery of an Easter egg on Sunday. You are 2 minutes from the most amazing beach and 10 mins from ferry port, so plenty chances to explore the surrounding islands. Will be back here soon loved it. �
