Ok. I’m happy to give credit where it’s due. People are often quick enough to complain (as I did with my last 2 deliveries) but I am also happy to acknowledge when a business goes the extra mile to put things right and on this occasion, they have. Not only did they refund me, I also received the surprise of 2 Tango Ice Blasts (kids are very happy). Well done Candy Coated Cafe, it’s not often that people exceed my expectations but on this occasion you have. Whether it’s enough for us to try again - only time will tell..

Lovely friendly wee shop,icecream was lovely will defo be back for more,rubarb&custard bonbons were fab x very reasonable priced too.

Loved my ice cream and tango ice blasts will for sure get a delivery again soon good prices and amazing lemon sorbet !!! <3 loved it !

Had delivery twice brill service first time round, thou second time waited just over an hr for delivery but to be honest it's just teething probs with delivering to killie(only stay in newmilns) as well but there ice cream is brill xxx

First visit tonight for a special treat. Munchie boxes are amazing. Ice cream is delicious and portions are very generous. Great selection of sweets and ice cream. Fantastic addition to the town

2nd visit this week! Had a wee box loaded with treats tonight. Fab shop with very friendly staff!! Would definitely recommend. we will be back for sure. ����

was alright, would be better if you got to choose the sweets you wanted in your box as the sweets i was given were wasted as i didn't like most of them, ice cream was lovely!

Ice creams a delight but the service is so poor I stood in the shop for 15 min today before being served and almost left, I understand at times it's busy but not even a sorry about your wait when paying.....just common courtesy tbh!

Terrible delivery service .. Ordered our first munchie box as a treat we couldn't wait after all the amazing pictures we seen. It came £10 and just wasn't what we asked for. We specifically asked for loads of jelly sweets n no chocolate ones ... We mainly got chocolate sweets n defo not enough had about £3 worth of sweets in a large box for £7.50 so disappointing

Be warned...... delivery not good..... customer service not good..... attitude not good....avoid !!!

After an hour an a half I finally got my order, which was the wrong order then when ye correct one finally came it was terrible, no ice cream melted cookie dough making all the sweets mushy, looked like a melted £1 mix up, definitely not worth the money I paid�

Well hate is a strong word so i will say the delivery was over 2hrs the brownies was burnt and the order was wrong after payin the driver £25 order was only £21 they never put my wee girls sweets in the order..they told me they would deliver the sweets the next day..not got them yet..well i think we can safely say i will never order again and wish i read the reviews b4 i ordered..!!!!!!
