This page has been set up for beginners only - people that want to be able to build up to running a 5k. We do cani-cross, Bikejor and Scootering with dogs. We can point you in the direction of more advanced cani-cross groups but i would like this to remain a beginners social group for running with our dogs, the main aim to get fitter, work as a team and have fun!
