Sports Massage Treatments: £40 for 1 hour session (Specific treatments available by individual arrangement after initial consultation)
Circuit Training: Resistance training-based general conditioning. Tuesdays at 1830-1930 (£6 per person)
About me:
My main aim is to get people stronger through training with barbells. In case you're interested, I am currently the only UK based Barbell Logic Staff Coach. My other qualifications include Level 3 Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist, GB Powerlifting Federation Instructor level 1, Pre & Post Natal Exercise, GP Referral, as well as Studio Cycling, Suspension Training and Kettlebell Instruction.

School Summer Holiday Classes: Afternoon all, the gym website has been updated with class details for the school summer holidays. Please note that the usual 1830-2000 barbell class will run on Mondays and Fridays as normal but NOT Wednesdays.
Gym Closures:
Friday 5th July. The gym will close at 1600 so no late afternoon open session or class.
... Week of 15-19th July. The gym will be closed for the full week.
